Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription whenever you want from the “Manage subscription” link you receive by email. You will keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again.
Refund of your first payment
If you are not convinced, we refund the money for your first payment (monthly or yearly) if you ask within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewals are not refunded, except in the case of a charging error.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@imrosen.eu from the email you bought with. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which makes the refund to the same payment method within a few days.
Artificial intelligence
The cost of the artificial intelligence (DeepSeek) is paid directly to them, so it is not part of this refund.
