How to activate your UmbaIA Pro licence
Four steps and you're done. If something doesn't add up, write to me and we'll look at it together.
Steps to activate your licence

Install UmbaIA.
Download it for free from the Microsoft Store.

Find your purchase email.
It comes from Lemon Squeezy, the shop I sell UmbaIA through, with your licence key. If you can't see it, check your spam folder.

Open UmbaIA and go to Settings → Your plan.

Activate your key.
Click “I already have a licence”, paste your key into the “Paste your licence key here” box and click “Activate”. You'll see “Licence active”.
Common questions
How many computers can I use it on?
Up to 3. If you change computers, deactivate the licence on the old one from Settings → Your plan and activate it on the new one.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for a while: UmbaIA saves your licence and checks it again when you have a connection.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
From your Lemon Squeezy account: app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-account, with the same email you bought with. You can cancel whenever you want.
It says my licence isn't correct.
Check that you copied it in full, with no spaces at the start or at the end. If it still doesn't work, write to me at hello@imrosen.eu and I'll help you.
